Surveyor dapat melakukan proses survey terhadap klaim yang masuk. Hal-hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah :
a. Edit data klaim : Edit pengajuan klaim, Tambah Suku Cadang, Tambah Jasa
b. Upload Dokumen Pendukung Klaim : Foto Kerusakan, Dokumen Pendukung
c. Pembatalan Survey, untuk membatalkan survey.
d. Submit Hasil Survey jika survey telah lengkap.
