The App used for Assigning & monitoring of different works KPI’s
Water Supply, Sewerage, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Electrical, Road and Garden Maintenance Works.
NMMC has taken initiative to Design and Develop the web and mobile based application for the monitoring of Garden Contractors work on daily basis.
The Mobile APP will be used for the assigning the daily works to the contractor and collection of KPI wise daily work data at Contractor level with real location photos with latitude and longitude

Description :
• The proposed solution is having different work modules to monitor the daily basis appointed agencies and their works;
• Water supply Maintenance Works (main and distribution line), Sewerage Maintenance Works, Sewerage Treatment Plant Maintenance Works, Electrical Maintenance Works, Road Maintenance Works, Garden Maintenance Works.
• Officials can define different Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance KPI’s with Bench mark and Penalty amount.
• Official can assign daily maintenance works to the contractor through Mobile App.
• Contracting agency will address the assigned work and can upload the work completed photo through mobile app which is Geo- tagged.
• Application will find out the defaulter work list and execute and calculate the required penalty as per awarded tender to the contractor.
• Dash board is provided at the level of head office, ward office & contractor for monitoring the KPI wise daily progress report and defaulter wise penalty calculated by the NMMC Daksha app.

• Web and Mobile Application: The system is accessible via both web browsers and mobile application.
• Dashboard: The system provides dynamic dashboard facility for officials to monitor module wise work.
• Zone and Ward Wise Module Masters: Facility to categorize zone and ward wise Water supply (main and distribution line), Sewerage, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Electrical, Road and Garden data.
• Module wise Inventory Management: Facility to maintain the Module wise inventory with geo-tagged locations in the system.
• Work Type, Sub Work Type, and Work Master: Ability to define various types of maintenance work category, subcategories, and specific tasks within the system.
• Module -Wise Contractor or Agency Master: Facility to maintain Module wise contractor or agency in this system.
• Module -Wise Work KPIs: Officials can define module wise different Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with benchmark and penalty value for monitoring and evaluating module wise maintenance works.
• Assignment of KPI wise Daily Tasks: Officials can assign daily KPI wise tasks to agencies through the mobile app, accompanied by geo-tagged before work photos to show the real work condition with remarks.
• Work Completion and Photo Upload: Agencies will address assigned tasks and upload photos of before & after work via the mobile app, with auto geo-tagged location for verification.
• Inspection of Completed Works: Officials are able to inspect the completed works by visiting geo-tagged location with their remarks; they can close or reopen the completed works.
• Monitoring of Assigned, Completed, and Pending Works: Officials can monitor the number of tasks assigned, completed, pending and reopened work for effective monitoring and management.
• Monthly Contractor Works Progress Monitoring: Easy tracking of monthly progress of contractor works, enabling officials to assess performance and take necessary actions.
• Prevention of Work Duplicity: System features to prevent duplication of work assignments and ensure efficiency in task allocation.
• Real-Time Location Tracking: Utilization of Google Maps API for tracking real-time locations of proposed and completed maintenance works, providing transparency and accountability.
