UI is horrible and the newest update with their wallet broke it for me. can't even pay anymore, I always had paypal as method, now with the wallet it wont let me change the payment method anymore and defaults to the wallet. Other apps have better UI so just gonna use them.

Never got my delivery, foodora customer support admit they have problems with app and that problem lays on their side, but they cant/dont want to refund me. I will never ever pay anything similar in advance with bank card. App goes to uninstall immediately! You deserve to be closed and banned! You are so bad that you even have rating 1,2 on trustpilot! This rating here is probably also false. Delete yourself please!

This app is a buggy mess, showing you deals where there are none, showing you pro "deals" while not actually reducing the price of said item, I had examples where something was supposed to be reduced for me with pro and it wasn't, while my friend, who doesn't have pro, had it reduced. What are you charging me a "service fee" for on top of taking huge cuts from vendors if you're not going to fix your mess of an app.

The customer service protocol is to avoid talking to the customers. The app doesn't take you to customer support number. In fact the app is deliberately designed to not take you to a service agent in the simplest manner possible.

Stopped working because there is a new version with 2.1 stars. Why not just an update tho? Gonna switch to Liferando now, it got better offers anyway.

When you order something without premium (5€+ just for delivery) then the rider will wait in the restaurant until a second person somewhere orders something. It can take 1h+ until you get an order from a place that's <1km away. Absolutely awful customer experience. And on top of that, there is zero customer support available.

The most recent update is hot garbage. The interface is one of the worst I've ever seen. The different options are all over the place. Gone is the neat hub where you've had everything in one place. There is no option to change the app into dark mode. The combination of bright green and white really hurts my eyes. Using the app gives me headaches be it from the colouring and/or the ui mess. Btw the delivery fee also increased from 1,90 to 2,90€ (Vienna). The app deserves 0 stars.

When I order at my go to restos, it works fine because I only have to click on 'order again' . Buuut as soon as I wany to place a new order this updated version just constantly lags and I feel like calling the restaurant would have been so much easier. Scrolling is slow, then you can't really go back and forth. Worst scenario was that my carefully prepared order changed the delivery address when I clicked order?!?! Really bad experience!
