Unable to keep the favourite stations, they disappear daily. Too many info on the screen. I am interest to see departure of next line, all other data on Kaine is a distraction and we lose the overview. If more details is required, then it should be set as an option. Previous application met that, fast and easy. This one, definitely not user thinking.

Slow. Doesn't help finding the platform after you have a trip planned (you have to exit to the menu and find the stop map, then search again for the trip). Doesn't help tracking your trip. Buying tickets doesn't account for CFF's half fare. In general has a nice interface at first view but not practical for daily use.

Visually looks good, but functionality is even less than regular TPG app. For instance, when the next stops are displayed, I cannot jump to any next stop by tapping it to see what are the connections there. The map is in 95% cases is unnecessary, but it takes here 3/4 of screen leaving just three lines for next connections. Should be collapsible or adjustable in settings. Tickets options only if connected to TPG account, no sms ticket option. Useless for anybody without an account and complicated for others. With all its downsides, old app is better, would be shame if they will stop to support it. The stop names begin with the city names, which is totally useless, leaves the stop name cropped and makes search difficult.

Completely useless, slow and with serious payment issues, I had to use a second phone to be able to buy a ticket. And tickets don't show up in the app while logged in with the same account, I had to take a picture of the QR code!! One may wonder what's point of requesting you to create an account if you can't recover purchased tickets with that. It took us en entire evening, two phones and two credit cards to be able to buy a ticket, and I am afraid that we have paid it 3 times. A real shame.

Absolutely unusable in low network, does not stop loading. Sometimes missing labels. Buttons back are inconsistent. No list of most used stations, and the only way to not load Cornavin as fist station is to show bookmarks first, and even that sometimes doesn't work. Very clearly, the designer team doesn't use the app themselves.

As a tourist arriving at Geneva airport for the first time, this app was worse than useless The hotel told me which bus I needed (50) but the app took me to the wrong location to find the stop (B). A kind driver pointed me to the right location Then the app said two buses were coming, nothing arrived and it said they'd been and gone. I gave up and found a route myself by train If you're a tourist coming to Geneva, stick with Google maps as, unlike other travel apps, this one is not for you

One thing that annoys me terrible is misleading time information that all TPG apps give. For example, there are construction works in Vernier right now,so the bus doesn't go till the end. However the panels and the app worngly tells you that the bus goes till the last stop. None one pays attention to the warning sign of the line in your app, which is alway there due to your constant delays. Lack of professionalism with your IT infrastructure. Seems like you hired interns develop this service.

Very handy but also buggy. With new updates comes a fix and a new bug. Like this time, the twint payment always fails the first time and only succeeds on 2nd attempt. 🤷 And it never redirects automatically back to ticket and always have to wait 30secs. Sometimes the machine at the stops feel faster.
