The app is barely usable. For example, it's impossible to see at what times cars would be available, turning a booking into a "sink ships" match. Great mini game, during the first two rounds, but the level of difficulty is just too high. Also, the date selection constantly resets itself. While I am fond of having little state and functional programming, on this occasion a little more state would improve the user experience.

Great bikes, but the app and the whole system is not reliable at all and full of bugs. In 2 out of 3 reservations something does not work with a wide range of errors from bikes not being found, not recognizing finished rides, bookings/bikes falling out of the sytem during the ride to not being able to return bike, etc.

Unreliable. I often need to restart the app several times to connect with a bike. Not a nice experience to be stuck somewhere with a locked bike that only unlooks after the xth attempt. Also - why do you show vehicles "currently out of service" on the overview dashboard? That doesn't make sense...

This app is like going back to 2010s. Lots and lots of button clicks with state reset all the time. You have to keep guessing when the car will be available. Each guess is like 10-15 clicks :D

App never opens. It just shows the loading animation forever. It's a nice animation, but useless.

Why the hell do I have to keep the Bluetooth connected to return the bike? Can't you just get the command from the app and check the gps and lock status from your bikes so that I don't have to stand there waiting for your stupid app to work?
