Make beats, bass lines and melodies using powerful synthesizer and punchy drum machine. Effortlessly sketch your ideas in piano-roll and step sequencer. Use launchpad to play different combinations of loops to build your musical ideas. Experiment with various parameters of the synthesizer, sample and effects to shape your sound. Record with a metronome, correct your performance by clearing selected pads, load and tweak drum samples, experiment with EQ, reverb and delay on each individual pad/sample. Refine loop in the drum sequencer.

Refreshingly intuitive and suprisingly powerful. Yes, Android latency means you probably won't drum live, but with quantization and arpeggiator you can build a pattern quickly and the pattern ... launcher? arranger? ... is super fun to perform with and just jam for hours, like those Swedish calculators. Sample editing is a breeze and the synth engine sounds really good! There are plenty of things I still wish for, but at seven Euros for the pro version, it's an absolute steal!

I was really liking this app, enough to give the free trial and subscription a try; it's intuitive and incredibly flexible to use, and fits what i was searching for. It's just a shame that I've now run into a specific glitch that has wrecked my projects, twice now. Its not worth it if the app just randomly decides to erase buttons from the UI and delete samples sounds, making projects silent and unworkable. Exporting the song does nothing except render an silent file, and it cant be restored. :(

I have to give this 5 stars! After searching for 9 years, I finally found a music making app that delivered! Easy to use with an intuitive design. There are so many features that are actually! This is the best app of this type that I've found so far! The only and very small issue I've had was that the ad at the bottom of the screen occasionally covers up some buttons. Even if you never fixed that, I'd still give you 5 stars! Don't change!

I have had this since 2020...found it outside Google play. Excellent sequencer / drum machine. Simple, easy to use with portable device/small screen. Now on Google play. The free version works well, some functions off. (But, really cool stuff like voice echo, reverb, and other mods are in free version!)... Full version unlocks all features...I haven't been able to try full version. Adds are not bad & it works offline. I do recommend this app...excellent...and have had no problems with it.

Absolutely marvelous. It's the most creative sequencer I've used on Android so far. Easy to use but full of features, it literally drives yourself to create patterns and songs. The sounds are great and of excellent quality. The features are incredible, the workflow is natural and you can get results very fast. Kudos to the devs and many thanks for such a great app!

This is one of the best on the go music making apps for Android devices. In fact, it is so good, Sequence Groovebox is one of the few Android only apps that prevented me from purchasing an iPhone as my new phone! The sounds are great, as are the synth engine, sampler, interface and workflow. This app is being actively developed and I’m eager to see what features are coming next. If you are interested in using your phone to create music, try this app.

This is officially the most intuitive and well thought out developmemt on the android platform that I have ever come across. This is a stellar mobile DAW without question. I'd love to see an update with the ability to start a program from scratch per se, the ability to load "personal samples" of some sort, greater depth of the scrolling of the piano roll (I want to see more of it when step editing) and lastly, more presets to some extent. But, overall, I LOVE IT!!!

This app is pretty good, but the free version just isn't practical for serious music making. To make the song longer, you have to pay. It's not a ridiculous price but I'm not going to pay for something I can just do on a computer. It's user friendly if you know what to expect, but it was all very overwhelming and confusing at first and a tutorial of some sort would have really helped. Overall, it has a wide variety of sounds and I would love this app if I could use it to make full-length songs.
