I cannot give an overall rating because it won't be good based on the experience today. I called at 2:00 in the afternoon and it is now 3:50, I have been on hold over an hour and now they tell me it will be ANOTHER 30minutes before I can get transportation. This is RIDICULOUS! Ever since their 732 scoring they have become complacent in consumer regards. I am seriously considering finding another preferred choice for my transportation needs.

Most of the drivers might not speak much English , but they do understand it. How do you think you get to your location . Medicaid or Medicare I for one have never felt any disrepect from any of Agape drivers and I been using Agape for years . The men and women drivers are very respectful and helpful each and everytime I ride with them.

Most of Drivers don't speak a stitch of English. Since most of Agape's work comes from Medicaid paying they have no respect for the Customer. Big disappointment. Drivers actually Skyping while driving! Como?
