smart phones.
ii. Lost & found: Used to view all recovered items under police
custody.
iii. Nearby stations: Helps to show police stations that are closest to
you across the country. With this function you can make a call
directly from the App. It has the following contacts; counter
phones, DPC, OC station, OC CID, OC Traffic.
iv. Vehicle tickets: With this the public can check whether a vehicle
has any pending EPS tickets at a free cost.

The idea is very noble with good intentions. The app has been rushed out because some keep features aren't functional. The ALERTS crushes the app. Also the MISSING PERSONS isn't populated and the search doesn't yield anything. The flush screen with the UPF logo takes too long. The non functional features should be removed until such a time when they can be used.

At first the app was okay but recently tried to check penalties on my code ,the app couldn't not even open , uninstalled and re installed but still can't work , how could this very important app for police be this bad ?? kindly work on it and allow user to access it without filling very sensitive personal information, why do you need my contact and email ,yet results aren't sent on any of them

The application is broken. Doesn't link to ticket database, nearby police station search doesn't work, when you click alerts ⚠ the application crashes. Why was this app published prematurely? Update: Ticket search works. Number plate must have a space between letters & numbers. 1. Nearby police station search doesn't work(no automatic zoom to your géo-locale), 2. When you click alerts ⚠ the application crashes.

Used it before but downloaded it now and I can't even just log in after entering my names etc. it just doesn't let me in, keeps saying Loading but does nothing in the end. I have deleted and redownloaded it over 5 times but still does the same. Lovely concept I think but do better please

The app is quite helpful, however, you need to include a series of channels to contact you, not only the 999 and 071... Unless the 071... are some sort of toll free lines. Other than that, most of the features are great. Thanks

Forcing users to first register with your app before they get to know all the features your app has to offer is never a good idea. I don't think I should first provide my details if the only thing u really need is the contacts for a given police station. I suggest the app is left open to users until they access those features/services where the user info is required.

The app is super helpful, I've used it for a year now. However, I would also like to suggest if in the EPS Tickets section, the app can generate for you a URA Reference Number to pay the tickets with, instead of having to look for a traffic officer with the ticketing machine to generate it for you. This would really be helpful.

This was a very helpful app especially for checking car tickets, for reporting crime, there is no much follow up probably you have to go physically to your nearest police station but recently the app hasn't been functional and i wonder if the police IT team is aware and i believe it is a simple fix but taking snail pace like expected from uganda police, consistency should be very key for the force development and trust building.
