The questions they ask there's like 3 to 4 trick questions the wording is very poor. It is very annoying when you have to use it in order to get into a class. Dont like it. It freezes, sometimes you can't open it, it takes forever to check marks some of the boxes. It's more trouble than it's worth. And it's not just medical professionals that come in contact with people. Think about your other public service jobs when asking these questions.

This app always crashes or is unable to complete a daily survey. For instance, I may be able to enter the date but the "continue" button is inoperable or it says its unable to reach the server. Ugh

Won't redirect back to the app despite my credentials being approved. So basically, it won't even let me try to use the app before it stops working. Sort of useless. A stock answer wanting me to contact you isn't a good reply either.

The worst if I can give negative zero stars I would. It logs out by itself, I have to log in everyday, and now it's not even downloading as an app on my phone. This app is truly disappointing.
