It seems to great at what it does but seems to be highly inflexible. Also it sends ads which is quite an annoyance. A simple tenant website is more flexible than this where it let's post an issue that is not in a predefined category. Also, this app has a lot of UX issues such as the back button sometimes takes me back to far.

No automatic pay, no push notice for unpaid bills. Worked much better before with the Kivra app, now I'm forced to use this app. It's very clear that they just want to gain a bit extra on the reminders fee. Atleast that's how it feels. You can do better!

Less buggy than before but still riddled with adverts. Big big fail that the push notifications does not work in this version and that they don't fix it immediately. Paying rent should be so much easier than this

One of the worst apps I have ever seen. If you want to put error report it's sign out automatically. You need to try several times to submit an error report. In the middle of error report you get sign out again! Alas!

Got an automatic "free" insurance as soon as I begrudgingly made an account. The app is designed only to sell more services. I would stay away as the app right now reeks of scam behaviour.

Garbage app, slow, prompts the same verification multiple times in succession when doing payments. Occasionally freezing, in spite of updating and reinstalling.

Worthless app. None of the login methods have worked for me. Initially had a response from the customer help. Now it's been 2 weeks with no updates.

Please don't make unsolicited notifications about commercial "offers". Anything like that should be opt-in and easy to disable.
