The app won't let me add payment details, and no one seems to be listening/responding to their support phone line. Seems to be a defunct. I called and selected their callback option, and it called me back with a recording to leave a voicemail 😂 absolutely useless. Other reviewers seem to have issues with not even having jobs be available, so look elsewhere. This is not the app you're looking for.

This app is a complete and total joke you go on it to find work to try providing for your family and go do a background check that takes entirely way to long to do my recommendation don't waste your time with this app it's not worth it and if I could give negative stars I would.

great platform and I love the companies I've worked for. they pay fairly and the only negative is there isn't as many jobs as other platforms, and then when I couldn't find the job and contacted the company and got no reply, after an hour I left. I made sure to screen shot my attempts, GPS showing I was at the location it said, yet I was still blocked from accepting jobs for a month which isn't fair

Good app to find work but hard to get shifts as a lot of times there's not much shifts available and they go very quickly... Also some of the other workers that work the shifts tend to be not as reliable and dont have the same work ethic as others...

Some of the worst customer service, they don't follow thru with your ticket complaints, no resolution at all, meanwhile your missing out on money because they can't get their act together. It's like they don't know what they're doing or how to fix problems. I've had an issue with them going on for weeks and because of that I can't work no jobs. THIS IS NONSENSE!

I really liked this app at first but it's like lately they have not been having any jobs available an when I say nothing I mean for a month straight I have not seen not one job that was available to apply for

App doesn't allow you to enter appropriate information after you complete your profile. Tried several times and can't get past first part.

Bacon is an absolutely atrocious app and whomever is responsible for its upkeep and maintenance should work to seriously improve its functionality. One of the biggest problems is applying for a job. The app will declare that the job is available, then you'll be removed from consideration within less than a minute, even if you meet all of the qualifications. After I've heard about the issues regarding pay, I'm probably going to look elsewhere. This app ain't it.
