Good idea but very limited in terms of app functionality - there's no link to other calendars like outlook, you can't even add events to your diary from the app ( you have to go to the website, which isn't great to use on a phone) and the events/scenarios are very limited. For example, under "making and attending appointments" there's only help with making an appointment, nothing to do with attending. I guess the value is mainly in the support aspect rather than the app.

Recently diagnosed with ASD. This was recommended by DSA to help with uni course. It's incredible. Everything takes less time, and uses far less energy. I've bullet journalled for years - and this feels a lot like a virtual bullet journal (minus the collections, plus solutions and support). It's taken a couple of weeks to get used to, and there's plenty more for me to add untill it's functioning at it's best for me. I'll report annoyances as further suggestions for improvement as I find them.

I'm sure the app is useful for some people, but the fact the calendar can't integrate with any other calender system like Google or outlook (meaning you have to duplicate event single event manually into BiH), makes it absolutely unuseable for me.It also lets you create lists of solutions to problems, but there's no functionality to "tick" them off, you have to go look at your log to see what you've clicked or not.Everything on the app requires a huge number of taps to navigate to.TooExpensive!

An amazing app to help through tough times. Personalised so when you're struggling, it won't tell you to make a cup of tea unless you tell it to. You come up with what helps you. The traffic light reminders are really helpful and again, can be personalised. I love this app. It's really helped me.

As others mention the fact you have to make a separate diary and cannot add entries from the app is beyond frustrating. Also you need to know what coping strategies work for you, this won't solve your problems by itself. The 24h response service might sell it for some but personally free apps would provide a better experience.

i find it very saddening that some people choose to leave bad feedback for this app, firstly ive not had to pay for this and have support from the brain in hand team, ive also noticed comments regarding taking jobs and ripping off, this is a fantastic app for my disabilities gives me more independence and if feeling severely depressed or not coping or just need to talk press red light and instantly get a call back something can't get elsewhere and i guarantee this will save lives brilliant app

Just got it through work but the fact that I can't link it to.outlook etc and have to essentially create another diary, plus the fact that I have to re log in to website to add anything to the diary is beyond d annoying... Will give it a bit more time.but at this.pojnt not impressed..just makes life harder which I do.not need

A lot of the reviews are out dated I've noticed, but I'll update this review where possible. You can collect calendars now with Google and Outlook, and everything has more functions and usability then a lot of them are claiming.
