I've been using it for a year, and sometimes it just breaks and you can't get your packages. Recently they've added 20s unskippable ads before you can get your packages. I think this is their own ads, which why would anyone give these fools any money when they can't do a simple app. Literally shoving intrusive advertising to people who think they're incompetent, real smart move

Security for your account is a joke. The so-called random code they send to verify your phone is the same every time. Their password complexity requirements (max 16 characters, no special characters) is completely out of date for the modern age. Also, no MFA to log in. All this from a company claiming ISO registration and a commitment to data security.

I have only been able to login to this app once. It did not work at all on my iPhone, only on my android phone. I am still waiting to find out if my apartment unit has been linked to my account. I've been moved in for two weeks and I'm still waiting. This process and the service behind it haven't been transparent at all. It's extremely frustrating, It'd be better if parcels could just be left in the lobby but now delivery drivers won't even do that. They ignore instructions and put in the box.

Unreliable, had to delete and reinstall. Now not working again and reinstalling doesn't work. Have to call support... again.

The app basically doesn't work at all. I got logged out and can't log back in. I try to enter my password, reset my password, sign up again - nothing works. I try to press buttons on the app and they just have no effect. I can hardly believe this is actually a published app. Utterly useless.

Super glitchy, randomly kicked me out and said password and phone number didn't match, but glitches everytime I try to create a new password. Blue Box delivery service is also a joke, half the time the lockers don't unlock properly, but will consider the parcel picked up and the code no longer useful to try again. All in all a terrible service

Just randomly stopped allowing me to open the locker one day, and shows no deliveries pending despite having just sent a notification that a package arrived. Also does not show collected packages like it used to. Tried uninstalling and clearing cache but same issue. Basically useless now.

Very glitchy - works sometimes but other times I don't get a text when I have packages waiting. Sometimes the parcel is visible in pending, other times I don't get a code so I can't retrieve my package. Other parcels I have collected are still marked as pending. I'm unable to submit a support ticket.
