1st day and I can't log in at all.. have used the codes the center gave me and verified them..I get an error saying this isn't supposed to happen.. help. I can tell you carium has one of the best customer I have ever experienced. They literally call you on your phone and walk you through every step of the way to ensure that youre logged in properly. Wonderful I did the WFBH Weight loss went for was 218 pounds. Had a goal of 190. Had a heart attack and had to stop the weight loss because they were getting ready to do exercises with machines and I could not continue. I have the weight scale I got there and continue to use it and now I not only have I reached my goal of 190 but I have also now down to 169. I keep a check on the carium app to keep up with my weight and anything else I need.

This is a must have if your doctor participates with them. The founder and all of the nurses are the nicest, sweetest, helpful people. You are not interacting with a robot, you are speaking to loving nurses whom I've come to know by first name. They are ALL very caring, interactive, and monitor your stats daily. I love this app and the fact that my doctor partenered with them. I would never have a phone and NOT have this app on it!

Not sure what's going on. It's connected to my fit bit but only registering about half the steps on the carium app. Tried to enter it in manually but is won't allow me to. If I didn't have to use this app for work I would never use it.

Could not get past reading the rules and personal info. I read those things 3 times but it would not acknowledge. So I erased my info. This system has bugs.
