The app is very easy to use, and looks great! A few bugs I've found: Calls are being flagged improperly ie inbound calls are getting flagged as missed even though I answered them. While on a call, if someone else calls you your phone vibrates which causes a very unpleasant noise for the person on the other end.

Unable to pick up calls the majority of the time. Other times calls get stuck andy phone vibrates randomly until I do a hard restart. Cytracom is NOT remote or out of office work friendly. Avoid if you need this for anything other than to make calls from a hardwired phone. Everything else - including fax/text, can be done better by someone else.

Poor UI, poor instructions. For example, to adjust how to change your ring sequence between desk phone, web, or mobile phone, you select on Call Strategy. That would be more intuitive if it were called Ring Strategy. It the promts you to select the order in which you would like the three options to ring, e.g. Web, Desk Phone, Mobile. One of the other options is Both Simultaneously" How can you select "BOTH" when you have three options to choose from. This is just one example, there are more...
A Google user
This app is great when it works, but it has a host of performance problems that make using it a nightmare. The app does not ring when the app isn't in the front. The app does not ring after you switch screens (and back to the app again) and requires a force stop and restart to get it to ring again. The app does not run in the background while other apps are in use (so you must use your mobile device for this app and do nothing else with it). Device is an LG V20.

If you're considering Cytracom for VoIP and plan to use their app please DON'T. Worse experience ever. Been using it for about 2 weeks now for my business and the calls drop, text messages are laggy, error codes throughout the day, and overall call quality is horrible. You'll be better off staying with the desk phone.

Good idea, poor execution Often loses audio in the middle of a call. Text functionality is very basic and jumps to old texts all the time. Can't block numbers. Constantly have to stop the app and restart it to get correct info like texts and recent calls.

Terrible experiences. The odds are less than 50/50 if the app will work for the day. Constantly drops calls, cannot make calls. I am frequently forced to clear cache/storage, redownload the application, just for it to not work. Very frustrating!

This App is very useful, but it is not allowing me to log off as in the iPhone version, it is not allow me to end the calls when it goes to voicemail and also sometimes the speaker does not work. Can you please fix these issues.
