ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey, for example. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding unlocked doors, for example.
CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program this for your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and temper the vehicle immediately or for a defined departure time.
CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the app. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.
SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you. In addition, you can configure Speedfencing and Valet Protect in the app, and receive push notifications in the event of their violations.
FUEL-SAVING DRIVING: The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.

Annoying cause it keeps on popping-up messages that the car is unlocked continuously. Apart from that, and the fact that it takes a while before it understands the command lock-unlock, windows open-close, it provides with correct data regarding consumption, etc, vehicle location.

***Update, so if your car is over a certain age, most functions on the app do not work! This is because (I have been told by Mercedes) the network provide no turned off 3g which is ehat was used for app and in older cars. So even though I paid for the functions for the last 3 months of it, none of yhe functions work. My thoughts are that Mercedes DO NOT have the technology. BMW do as my son has a car same age as mine and has all functions. You should also put that app doesn't work with older car

Nice design and the features just work as expected. Could you please add the possibility to start the existing ventilation from within the app (like MyBMW does). And why does this app does save 280 MB of data on my phone? It's more than most apps and I don't really understand why this so huge amount of data has to be saved on my device.. Do you save pictures? Or maybe audio files?

The app has now started telling me that the vehicle is unlocked yet again. I know it isn't as I'm standing right next to it and it is most definitely locked. This is very frustrating!! This is the second time that this glitch has occurred. UPDATE: Having uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice it has now started working again as it should.

Terrible!! Has this been tested?! Keeps showing that my car power is on (I've gone out in the rain to check - it's not) and my car is unlocked - it's not. Really inconvenient to react to incorrect notifications. I can't tell which subscriptions are active and which have expired. This is a dreadful app.

there are times when the 'limited connectivity to car' yellow message appears even if there's plenty of signal coverage around tested with different other devices. also, there have been times when the overall status of the car (position and data) was not updated for more than 24 hours..

2017 car doesn't seem to have any support or app functionality. I have been a service plan member since I got the car and this app doesn't do anything for my car any longer just tells me the tyre pressures. I cannot do anything remotely and sometimes it will say windows or doors are unlocked when they aren't. Not as if I can lock it from the app anyway. Useless for a lot of MB owners.

I'd give it less if I could. How was my 2016 mercedes a class able to remote lock my car but my 2016 premium plus hybrid merc can't. And now most functions don't work properly on the app either. You guys need to update it so people who buy premium versions of your car can use the app with it. This is a joke. My friends bmw app works like it's a part of the car. And so does tesla! Maybe I should have bought one of them 🤔
