I bought a lifetime subscription for this VPN using an email address that later ended up on the dark web. I had to delete that email account, so I tried to update my BelkaVPN account but couldn't. The option wasn't available. I contacted Belka and asked them if they would update it, and they refused. The only option they gave me was to purchase another subscription. That is pretty poor customer service, IMO. It's still working with the old email, but one confirmation email, and it's over.

Very good service. Plenty of servers. Try each server one by one till you find your best in terms of performance. I wish if there was a shortcut button in the quick settings panel (when you swipe down from the top of the screen). That would be much more convenient than opening the app each time you want to activate the service. Please consider implementing that.

The 30-day money back guarantee appears to be a scam! I tried the VPN as a test before purchasing a lifetime license, but I cancelled as it didn't meet my needs; for 4 weeks now I've been trying to get their promised refund but not a single communication. Avoid!

Im happy with my new BelkaVpn download. Seems to do everything that It says it will EXCEPT allow you to try different Protocols like other Vpn,s do !......Fix that by adding it into the settings menu and it will be as good if not better than other Vpn,s !

A large part of the advertised server locations are not available. There is no dedicated app for windows, a user has to figure out how to connect through the openvpn connect app or wireguard app. Belka simply does not work with amazon prime - shortly, very disappointing. I feel scammed. P.S. Why don't you respond to my request for refund??? I've contacted you, i filled in the forms! P.P.S. BelkaVPN just ignored me, never reaching back to me nor reimbursing my money.

Fantastic choice to require us pay first, before we can do anything else, and pay though a system that is banned in certain regions. Regions where huge amount of your potential customers comes from. I couldn't even take a look, and i won't try to come back ever. My life's first time i ever give an app 1 star
