I'm kinda new to this but the In app navigation is terrible! Unnecessary turns and bad calibration. Tonight is my first night switching it to Google maps and it is so much better! I recommend going in the settings and change it to Google maps default. Only downside is, it's harder to get to the order screen or message customer. Also they need to consider people may be late picking up or dropping off due to traffic as well. It has saved my butt though with the extra money.

The latest update is awful! They map was a little off before , but it's not really off. I use the map and audio hi driving just to be sure that I'm in the right location. The audio is now delayed. They mapping pins are not as accurate, which makes it harder to find customer locations at night. Especially when not all customers turn porch lights on. Please fix this. We are going into a busy season.

Dash is a great app. The driving long-distance delivery is an issue that needs to be improved upon. Going outside the local zones causes too much time consuming and gas, and I don't earn enough to get by. This needs to be fixed based on location zones. The restaurants are not properly set to the appropriate zip codes and are not well placed with a description detail of local areas. Basically, traveling from one city to another. That's the main issue. Losing gas to drive back home is the problem.

This app needs work. It will refuse to see a new internet connection if it has detected there is not one available. Had to force close it to pick up on it again. it will also throw more dashing opportunities at you AFTER your set end time, and won't let you end the dash before declining, reducing your acceptance rate. In fact, it interrupted me WHILE I was trying to end my dash manually ( because it doesn't do it on it's own all the time), giving me offers I had to decline. Trash app.

As a platinum dasher I'm not able to schedule. My town doesn't even show up on the list. I get in contact with support and all they tell me to do is to logout/log in, restart/power off phone, force stop, turn off in app navigation..etc etc. And NOTHING works!!! They tell me that it means that all time slots are take which makes no sense if you're on the highest reward level. Honestly ever since this "pilot reward program" started (months ago) its nothing but a hassle to schedule. Fix this!!

I've been working doordash for a few years and ultimately the app itself has been great especially with every update. However most recently I've realized that you can no longer reach a live person once you face a specific predicament such as app glitches, not being able to drop off or reach the customer, and reimbursement for driving out to an order that's already been picked up. That's really frustrating when money is frugal in this society and now I can't even get paid. Fix it. Like.. now.

It works okay most of the time, but the in-app GPS is genuinely awful, it often tries to make me do illegal u-turns, turn the wrong way on 1 way streets, or drive on blocked off roads. plus, it's never updated, there are places that it can't get to because it hasn't updated the road structure. The "scheduling" function is also awful, bc it only lets you choose one half hour block of time per area, and the block of time is usually late at night for some reason, which makes it a worthless feature.

Great times, usually, to dash. Can schedule ahead of time. Pay is decent at times. Issue, though, is the app itself. Crashes, glitches, etc. Calling support doesn't seem to help anymore, as they tell me the same thing I already know and/or have done. "Make sure the app is up-to-date. If so, then just uninstall the app and reinstall it. Should be good to go then." As I already don't know that. Main issue I have is my schedule keeps being deleted randomly, even if I schedule ahead of time. Fix it!
