The app is very easy to navigate as well as convenient. I always have my ticket with me because nobody leaves their phone behind. Being able to save your payment method is great for quick purchases. You can have multiple passes at one time, which is great for me cause sometimes I work from home, so I don't need to use my weekly pass but can get a round-trip on the day I go to the office.

unable to connect upon launching this app. I have tried uninstalling, allowing permissions, restarting my phone, toggling airplane mode, Wi-Fi on/off and still not able to connect. unfortunately, calling for support is a reiteration of the above, nothing more available so app has been uninstalled permanently.
