Pure garbage. The app barely loads, the map(s) usually don't load, and if they do, the position of the charging station changes every time, the cleaning progress usually gets 'lost' along the way, so the robot returns to clean the same areas over and over. And the app changes its language from French to English at will. Of course, all the AI-related 'features' work as a charm, because that's what people need in a vacuum cleaner..

It used to be pretty ok, just until the last update. The app now is barely usable. Slow, spot cleaning is broken, the app is at the station but the app says otherwise. To whomever is the project manager on this software, please do revert the recent changes and rethink EDIT: Seems that the major problems were solved. The app is back to working great!

Terrible experience. From the first day of using the app, it was extremely laggy with a slow connection and loading. And now it has become even worse: I cannot connect to my robot at all—an endless "connection" message appears. I have tried to clear the app's cache and data, reinstall it, and re-add robot again. None of these actions helped. Also, I cannot load my map to delete it and scan from scratch.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. It's slow and there no simplicity. I just want to select a room and hit clean, yet the UI makes this process take way too many clicks, the rooms sometimes are not available to select, every update is just worse than the previous one and they don't even fix anything. For such expensive products you would think Rowenta can actually hire some developers to do a good job. Xiaomi and other cheaper brands have better apps for sure.

The product itself is very good, I'm pleased. Although, sorry guys but you don't seem you cam handle the technical part, by which I mean the application. For years my app was half in english half french. I can't even find the language in the settings anymore in order to change between languages hoping to refresh itself eventually and apear only in english. I was so happy to see the last update, but I must say I am very disapointed, since the update my device barely connects with the app.

With the latest update, the application became useless. I can't even start the robot cleaner (Xplorer 120 AI), can't even connect to it in a timely manner (I have to wait ~10 mins), and in general everything is just loading in the app, maps, cleaning history, profile details, etc. It would be some help, please.

Edit: After the last UI update, it started to work properly. However, now the app will not load the map once you hit start and the robot doesn't know where he is. The robot is useless since an update several months ago. The navigation system is all messed up, remapping the house is a pain and then the robot still loses track of itself. Insists of cleaning some random spot over and over again while completeley ignoring a huge chunk of space in the middle of the room. Waste of time and nerves

Application can not communicate with my X-Plorer Serie 120 AI anymore. It can't load my maps. It crashes whenever I try. From this point, the application is useless , and so is my robot. After my post, the application started to work pretty well. I am very pleased now. Thanks.
