Mai mult, tot datorita eJobs, expertii in resurse umane au acces la We Are HR, platforma de continut dedicata specialistilor in HR si managerilor.

Give us an option to blacklist certain words/jobs, please. I'm tired of seeing the exact same teleshopping jobs.

Very slow, often not even loading. UI issues with buttons not reacting in the correct spot or at all, or even reacting to a tap when you're just scrolling (I actually applied like this by accident to a job I didn't want, they even called me lol). Didn't see an option to choose the default CV shown when you go to your CV, the one in Romanian is default and you have to navigate each time to the one in English. Still useful for available jobs, but would recommend sticking to a PC with a browser.

I have an issue with selecting the company's industry when completing my CV. I don't have the option "Energy" and I cannot leave the field blank as it is mandatory. Please fix this issue. Also, the app is up to date.

I find it frustrating that I can't simply upload my CV as a PDF for employers to download. The ejob CV system is inconvenient; I can't edit or review the information easily. Though there's an upload option, it seems to just copy the details into the ejob CV without allowing me to verify its accuracy. Being able to just upload a cv would ve infinitely better.

Unfortunately, I had to use this app after 5 years while looking for a new job.Horrible experience is the least I can say. After carefully inputting everything about my profile and experience and applying to a lot of jobs I review my profile and see that all information is gone! Imagine all those missed opportunities for companies to see my info! This happened about 3 times and now I have to constantly check on my info.

Couldn't create an account, any password i choose, it has the same set error message, " you chose a password that is easy to guess" or something like this, you can't know if it's because of the characters, symbols, or what exactly is the problem.

UI sucks. Filters don t work. Overall, trash. It is clearly visible not a single cent was invested in its development. Avoid it at all costs. Do not promote greediness as they are not giving a single f about app functionality. They just want that sweet profit

The jobs posted by employers should be thoroughly checked. Because of their wrong labels, people that have neither interest nor experience in certain domains are notified about jobs that have nothing AT ALL in common with their search. If I'm a translator and my usual search includes domains such as education, trainings and other language-related fields, I shouldn't be getting notifications about IT or pharmacy.
