Not sure why you need to open a second account with another app in order to process payment. I did not do this and immediately uninstalled. I would rather the inconvenience of paying at the kiosk than using this app... or two apps, or how ever many it's going to ask me to download next. What a very bad experience. Edit: No, I won't contact you. There are other reviews that mention needing a second account. So either you have no idea what's going on with your own app or you're lying.

A cheaply made app. The difference between "parking" and "permits" is confusing. Permits means long term parking. You want to park for 2 days? Enjoy scrolling through 10-19 first since they didn't sort the numbers properly. You you want to park at 5 pm and get a 2 day pass so you can pick up your car at 4 pm in 2 days? Too bad, it's inclusive of today and only good until midnight tomorrow, you'll have to buy 3 days instead. 2 stars because the app seems to work, but that's the only positive.

This may be the must be the most useless app in the world. You also need to setup a second account with another company to take payment because these guys can't integrate anything and process a freaking payment to park once. Absolutely nothing in this process gave me any comfort about my data. What a scam this is. A truly horrific customer experience if it takes setting up 2 accounts to process a single use parking pass. Crashed during the setup process when asking "what kind of user are you?" (how would I know?). This crash happens before you enter your credit card (I trust Stripe, but why are we recording credit cards up front?). Since the setup process failed, I had to reset my password to get in. After setting up for parking, it would fail with "Sorry you need to add a credit card" Not "let's add your card", but a dead-end error dialog. Hire some UX professionals. ffs. Why make it hard to take my money?

it's 'alright'. previous app (epark) was better. now you cannot book for extra time (just in case), end early, and only pay for used time. now you lose what you don't use from the pre-pay. or you have to restart or extend sessions - hassle.

Set up the app, jumped through all their hoops to set up payment ( doesn't accept Google pay), preloaded money to the app ( doesn't do individual transactions) set up my parking for the day and it said I was good to go, was late for work+ still got a parking ticket

doesn't work and when it does, puts your vehicle in the wrong city. Update: tried different parking spots. Eventually one was the right city, but wrong location! What an awful app!

Processing fee goes to the cutomer and it's not very nice experience. So basically you have to buy a subscription or pay 20-30 cents of processing fee for each parking. I wonder when they start asking for 'tips'. Also, you can't just pay for the parking right away, you have to top-up virtual wallet and than pay for the services, BUT you can top-up only for specific acount, like 10 or 20 $, so there is always something left in your wallet, encouraging you to use this app again.
