Love this app. Dozens of series and movies that I have watched. I love that new content is added often. I paid for a yearly subscription when they offered a discount, but the full price is well worth it. I utilized the HD quality and downloading for offline viewing to watch when I don't have Wifi. My only complaint is not being able to view details about a show or movie through the app without it automatically starting to play. You often have to delete it from your recently played and history.

Yearning for Yarn

The app will not let me cancel my subscription. It gave me the option to delete account so I tried that but the app told me I needed to cancel my subscription in the app store first. The app store doesn't have me as subscribing to the app. Unsubscribing to an app should be quick and simple! Putting this here to ensure i get contacted so I can cancel!

I love the app. Use it on my android device. The only thing I would change is delaying the "recommend to watch next" popup until start of credits. It completely ruins the scene in the episode of whatever I may be currently watching, as I have to hit "x" button multiple times and keeps me from being immersed in that scene. If popup suggestion was instead at beginning of credits I'd be more likely to watch the suggested content as opposed to hitting "x" so I can continue watching scene

I would love the app; I would absolutely adore this app. BUT I have some complaints. #1 I can't watch anything because I'm not a VIP. #2 A lot of ads. Personally, the ads aren't the biggest issue to me, but they can be a little annoying. I thought this would be the perfect app, but I can only watch the first episode of things before they want me to pay to continue watching.

Updated review: Thank you for adding the ability to browse the entire library (there's an extra icon to the right of the search bar now). It's SO helpful! Also, I know machine-translated subtitles aren't ideal, but everyone please keep in mind that many of these titles might otherwise never get subtitles because they're not popular or new and so not a priority. I'd rather have machine-translated subs over nothing.

I have been a paid subscriber for over 2 years and never had an issue. I like the feature of being able to read comments from viewers to give me a heads up if a series or movie is something I will like. They have anime, series, movies and pretty good in providing new and great selections. The only thing is this new express thing that they are doing. If I am paying a subscription, I shouldn't have to pay additional to watch the last 2-5 episodes of a series.

Used to be great but now shuts down all the time. I keep it upgraded thinking there might be bug fixes but the same problem keeps happening. About 30 second into a episode and the whole app closes. I pay for this service and I can't use it. Unfortunately I'm going to unsubscribe.. This has been an ongoing problem for awhile and still not fixed. It's upsetting because some shows I can't watch anywhere else.

Like the show selection but the captions are sometimes very hard to read. They are all in gray or white text so sometimes you can't read what is being said if the caption is posted on a white or light background. An example would be if the speaker in the movie has on a white shirt and the captions are at the bottom on the speaker's shirt. You totally miss some important parts of what is going on.
