Great app, made it really easy to apply for my US passport renewal. Everything from the application itself to taking the the photograph was super streamlined. The only thing I would like is if the app would allow to save the incomplete application, I had to restart from scratch every time I was unable to finish.

Beyond Amazing! I had to renew my passport during this difficult time. I figured the most up to date info was on the web. I searched for passport renewal. A few crazy ads like Fedex wanting Over $200+ in service fee alone to renew and the photos were Extra! I had to take a step back. I mentioned to my friend and he said to check out the ıtsEasy APP. My process was easy. I had a 2-year expired passport, mailed it in December with a check and received frequent communication about the process. I got my expedited passport in February. My boyfriend, on the other hand, sent his unexpired passport in 3 weeks before me in November. He received no communication and got his old passport in the mail, not renewed, in late March claiming there were payment issues. He sent it back in and paid the expedited fees. He still has nothing and our trip is soon

Terrible service. When I got my passport, the picture was very overexposed, unlike the picture that I submitted. When I contacted It's Easy, I was told that it would be fine, but when I called the passport office, they told me that I would need to resubmit my application and send in another photo. It's Easy is a waste of money. It would have been faster and cheaper to do it all myself. So far, it has taken more than 4 months and I still don't have a valid passport.

I know some of you may be skeptical but I swear this is legit! I had my doubts too not gonna lie but my experience was a testament to their great work. I ordered my passport, let the shipping label expire with USPS marking it as fraudulent, and step by step I was talking to their reps and without a miss made their promise. They're worth every penny!
