What's the purpose of this app? Is it to reward you for walking more, or to encourage extended phone use watching adds and playing games? Reasons why the concept of the app should change: 1. I am preparing for the marathon, running at least 15km, twice a week - I earned 375 coins. 2. To get 15€ reward from the app, you should have 30000 coins! Make your own conclusion. 3. Less battery on your phone. 4. Uninstalled after seeing that more that 46000 steps not being converted.

I haven't used my coins to get anything yet but it seems pretty good and easy to use, sometimes it glitches and gets rid of my steps but I think that's when my settings show the step counter as a notification and goes to 0 if I clear it. Easy fix for that. It also struggles to open sometimes. I enjoy playing games for coins and hunting for coins when I take the dog out for a walk.

Was sort of ok.. counting coins fine but sucking the life out of my phone. Removed some presumed unnecessary permissions and all was ok but suddenly only counts coins when it wants to. Walking for a full hour, telling me I've walked half a mile... Yeah right! Once I cash out (in 20 years) I will uninstall as the passive income is barely worth the intrusive permissions you need to accept to get the app to work properly. I walk a few miles every day but the last few days have not earned anything.

Not recommend at all. The App has plenty of ads, it is slow to get the map and once you request for withdrawals it shows that you breach their terms having a correct use. Edit after the feedback by the App: I wrote to the support team for many weeks/months ago and the issue is not yet cleared. Be careful about requesting withdrawal. The policy is not accurate and fair at all.

Hi! So far, I've been using this app for years. Has worked great and kept me connected with my family. The only issue I have faced recently is my calls are being cut off to play commercials. I understand the ads to keep the service free, but if the ads could play after I've hung up my call would be appreciated.

Lately on a regular basis my steps from Google Fit have been almost double that which Macadam is counting. I contacted support and they addressed my concern in more than one way. Hopefully this will not be an issue in the future. It is slow to accumulate points but does motivate me to keep track of how much I walk and pushes me to walk more. Good concept.

Really the only thing that I hate about this app is that you have to manually convert your steps into points, instead it should automatically do it every day at midnight. I've lost SOOOOO many points because I didn't convert them early enough. It makes me mad. But other than that this app is awesome and it encourages me to walk more.

Initial thoughts were extremely positive. The app looks clean, easy to navigate and the concept is very good. However, after a while I lost my love for it. The majority of coins is earned through playing games but is capped. The walking itself only earns you a tiny amount of coins and steps are capped at 20,000 which is annoying. I have been playing this app daily for months and never been able to make any money from it. I just wished more focus is on walking and earning points and not game apps
