Love Michael's. Favorite go-to store. However, the app is no longer working (1 star is for app, not store). Since the update, I can no longer access app. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it keeps kicking me out. I tried installing on my tablet, same thing. Please fix the update as it worked perfectly before the update a few days ago.

I'm not sure what bug fixes were fixed in the Jan 15, 2025 update, but the app keeps crashing when loading. I have cleared the cache and data, force stopped the app and uninstalled and reinstalled only for it to crash shortly after it opens. After clearing the cache and after uninstalling and reinstalling, the app asks for my location, let's me select a store, starts to load the home page only for it to crash. Every time. Fix it, please.

When I get to the "Add Payment" section, I put my credit card in, and the app does that circle spin like it's thinking. I've checked that my credit card info was correct, but the app won't except it. Can't make any online purchases through the app. Very inconvenient. Update... Now, when I put my credit card in, it says "Encrypted Error" and won't let me proceed. Still can't make online purchases in the app.

I tried to make a purchase through the app. Every time I did, the payment portion would spin like it was thinking, then stop, but no payments were taken. I was unable to complete a purchase due to that. If I tried to delete an item out of my cart, it would just go to the item's page. There wasn't a sort or filter option to shop just Michael's that I could find. This app costed Michael's a sale.

This app has always been glitchy, but it's been a hot mess for weeks now. My primary complaint at this time is that checking out is impossible because all credit/debit payments are rejected due to some sort of encryption error (according to the app). While it's a First World Problem to be unable to make purchases this way, the inability to use the app for one of its most primary functions is pretty ridiculous, especially when you consider the time of year.

I spent at least ten minutes standing in the store trying to set my location and log in. I've loved this app for how easy its been to navigate to my coupons. I can live with the one time use, even though I find it irritating, but having to log in to even get at them when the app is so slow? No. Edit: this app continues to get worse instead of better. Now I can't even add my card to purchase items, which seems like a major flaw

Absolute failure, I'm sure costing Michaels $Ms in revenue. The app would not save my credit card details during check out. I entered all my data, hit "Save", a little circle animation occurs, then nothing happens. The only thing I can do is hit the X to exit the form and it goes back to my cart with no card added. I just tried for 10 minutes trying to check out but the app doesn't work.

I've not been able to use this app or the website for around six months. I finally figured a work-a-round on my PC to allow my anti track to allow the website to load. But I still had a problem with my android. Turns out Michaels has to have the VPN turned off because it needs the correct service area to work.
