I didn't seem to have the same issues as others mentioned with the 2FA when logging in. For reference I use proton to manage my login, it automatically copies the OTP to my clipboard when I select one of the saved options that populates at the top of the keyboard(google). There was a brief stutter and for a microsecond a white screen with some black text appears, but the login succeeds. I would like to see some more options, access to other services like Private Email etc.

I would never ever recommend this scam and rip off to anyone. they will take your money then suspend your Domain 5hen you jump thru there hoops to finally fix it then the registrar will suspend it too both with no reasoning as with me I had not even had a chance to set it up or use it yet. Then nobody will help you fix it let alone explain it. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SCAM AND RIPOFF EVER AGAIN.

Not fit for Purpose using 2FA. When logging in the OTP screen disappears once I've copied my OTP and returned to the app. Please fix ASAP.

Like everyone else says, they don't use the standard for 2FA and instead force this useless app that doesn't even work. edit - and now it says I have 0 domains

I have been a customer for over a decade but the lack of reliability of this app is making me question that. Just now I was exploring a new domain and was shown a discounted price. I intended to purchase 10 years and when I made that adjustment my cart showed total at discounted rate. It wasn't until I added the payment method that the price suddenly increased tenfold. Had I not noticed I would have been grossly overcharged compared the to price listed on the previous three pages. Predatory.

I try to add 10 years to my domain, but I constantly get this error "The total amount of your purchase is not confirmed. Please wait or go back and open this page again". Nothing I do seems to work. Additionally, adding 10 years (one decade) doesn't seem to even be an option on the actual (mobile, at least) website. I logged on with my computer and everything was fine.

I downloaded this app as a quick and easy way to search for and purchase domains when ideas hit. However just going to the website is more reliable and less frustrating. This app is broken more often then not. Today domain search isn't working, before that payments were broken, before that login was broken. It's always something. This should be the simplest, most straightforward app, but the UI is total nonsense and it's always broken in one or more ways. Just pull the app, Namecheap.

This is my prefered domain registrar but the app is too unstable for me to use it reliably. Half the time it won't return results. So I have to close and reopen the app. This leaves to use my browser or a competitors app. Hope you guys can fix that and add some other features, so I don't have to jump between different tools.
