I love Hubstaff time tracking app. I'm sure I haven't even used all of the features it has yet, but so far, so good! I'm a solo-prenuer and use it to track the amount of time spent on working for clients and maintaining my own business. My favorite feature is the Time & Activities report. I'm able to sort by project and/or dates. I can run the report for a specific day, week, month, or a custom range. This helps me to stay on track with budgeting hours and balancing work tasks. My only con is that the mobile app is not as responsive as it could be in allowing a full view (even if device is rotated). No ability to move page left and right. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with Hubstaff (especially the desktop version)! Oh... I forgot to mention the Goole Chrome extension that allows you to track time without even opening the Hubstaff website.

Been using it for over a year and it's good for tracking time. The open project and play buttons were sometimes hard to press (too small a target) but, with the latest release, this has become even harder and the play button no longer changes to a stop so I don't know if it registered my click. I only know it did because the timer is running on the main screen.

I tend to alternate between the desktop app (for Mac) and the Android app depending on what tasks I'm tackling. I do like seeing the timer right in front of me on my laptop, but the Android App is the better of the two. It feels less intrusive (screenshots) and reports are actually easier to read and review. Android app is robust and solid. It loads quickly and defaults to the timer, which is what you usually need it to do most. It does seem to chew up some battery power, but I think that's improving. Sometimes the crossover between the desktop app and the android app is not the smoothest (when switching between apps.) Editing (and reviewing) times is relatively easy, however. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

If you're looking for an app to accuratly track hours on the job, then this is not the app for you. This app sucks! If it actually clocks you in like it's supposed to do when you get to the job, it won't keep you clocked in long. For some reason it likes to clock me in and out about every hour and a half. While doing so, it likes to throw hour long gaps in between the times that it has you clocked in. At the end of the day I have to go in and manually adjust the times to be accurate.

The timer function is so bad, I have to spend so much time after work everyday amending the time entries to get it to reflect my actual hours. And why doesn't anything you type under the "Reason" box show up in any reports? Also no options to amend or add to any notes you type in your timesheets.. seriously these are basic issues that I'd expect to be fixed by now.

Lately I've being having the issue of login in my account. Despite using the app the previous day it still log's me out and it's difficult for me to start signing in afresh,I prefer having my account always logged in so I can just open the app and start the timer without having the stress of login in again and again. pls work on this, it's time consuming and annoying, thats the only issue am having. I like every other features and I'm rating it a 5 Star but pls work on this.

I love this app. It lets me work remotely and still keeps track of my time. I have not had any problem with it syncing with my desktop version either. There is a lag between the time on the app and the time reporting on the desktop, the only downside.

Far more complicated than it needs to be for basic things like processing weekly payments. It is fairly easy to manipulate for staff that want to do so. Currently my settings are to turn on and off only when they are at a job site. My personal timer stsrted today when i was at a site and never stopped, even after i had been gone for 6 hours.
