update the app ffs. doesn't even work. Every time I try and log in, it immediately gives me the "safely logging you out" UPDATE THE APP. Fix it.

Unable to access. This app needed to update. I did all the updates it required and I still cannnot access. It's a bummer. I just went to paperless too. Now I have to reverse all that and go back to the old ways. Total bummer! I got the newest version of Chrome and still nothing. Oh and I only have one account in Northern Nevada. Also, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Is anyone fixing these issues? I am not the only one with all these problems.

I don't know why they can't get an app that works reliably. It's always been one problem, or another, for the last 2+ years. Usually stuck in a log in loop, and basically just have to give up and try again later (then it randomly works). This time, it said there was a 10mb update. I hit the button to download and install it. Now I get an infinite "loading icon". Yes, my Chrome app is up to date... I guess I'll try and delete the cache/data and re-install it. Sigh... Please hire better devs.

This app appears to be a clone of NV Energy's mobile site, except the app is missing functionality that is present in the mobile website. For example, on the mobile website, you can refresh a page using your browser's refresh button. In contrast, the app does not seem to provide any way to refresh a page, so you basically just have to force close the app, and then reopen it. I receive poor service every time that I have to contact NV Energy, so a bad app from them is not surprising to me.

The latest update will no longer run. I uninstalled and reinstalled but did not help Update - 2/14/20 ...The app on Android is working again. Not sure if you read my post but I commented a few months ago that a later update fixed theproblem. That was back in February. I am really surprised by your lack of keeping up on these reviews. New update - how about adding solar credits available to the app. ? I know that. I'd like to see it real time on the app since the meter is read throughout the day.

Unable to log in. I received a weird email about paperless billing statements. A few minutes later I received another email saying disregard the previous email about paperless billing. So I get on my app and try to log in. It's unsuccessful. I sign in using biometrics. So I try to sign in again using my password. Unsuccessful. I go on my computer. Unsuccessful. It freezes just as it's about to log me in. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Absolutely terrible app. I can never login to this app. Every time I try to log in, it says I need to activate a new account again, even though I've already done that. I put in my email anyway, and try to do activate, and it then says there's a system error. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The website isn't any better either. Same exact thing happens there. I have zero access to my account now.

There is something screwy with this app when trying to access it via NVe mobile app. I haven't been able to sign in for over a week until today when I went opened the app through the Google Play Store. Even then it was only marginally functional. I could navigate Usage from Dashboard but couldn't see my Current Bill. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
