I ate at Great Harvest Bread Company the first time yesterday. The location was Weatherford, TX. This was the BEST experience I've had at an eating establishment in a long time. They take customer service to a whole new level! The food? Delicious!!! Thank you for being a G-R-E-A-T Harvest!!!!! It would be nice if the app had an option to add receipts for in person orders to get the rewards. I don't find that or a code to scan when in person.

App works good for me but the store I use does not know how it works and just uses a yellow card. I caused some concern today because nobody knew what I was talking about. We sure do like the bread and the cookies! Hope to learn more about the good stuff. If this app works at other places so much the better.

Horrible registration process and requires too much personal information. Shouldn't need birth date including year. Must select birth date from calendar, but date selected isn't what is entered in the field. Local store isn't on store favorite list and can't be type it in. Un-installed the app.

App is well structured and intuitive. Some of the menu pictures are broken but that is about the only issue I've seen.

Great app, HINT never hit skip, if you hit skip it will not transfer your old points. So during registration it will ask for your old account number/phone number do not, do not, do not hit skip.

I absolutely love Great Harvest! Not only is the food rlly good but the customer service is great! One of my favorite places in my area. I highly recommend the Savanah peach bar.
