I'm impressed. I see others have issues, but the app works great on my Asus Zen10. Since upgrading to Android 15 Beta I've had issues with biometrics not staying enabled with some apps, but the PSE one worked! I also like that this is one of the only apps I've used that actually quits when you ask it to (most close but stay in the background).

This app keeps crashing on my phone. I have reinstalled it more than just a few times and rebooted my phone a number of times as well, but it does not work. Every time I open it, it will go to the opening screen, and then the loading circle appears, then the app disappears, like shuts down or something as there is no messages or anything. It used to work a fine up until a couple of months ago, but now I can't get it to open. I answered the question below as "Not sure" but I don't get that far.

Ever since I upgraded to a Pixel 9 Pro, the app *instantly* crashes. The app worked completely fine on my old Pixel 5 and all my other apps transferred over just fine, so I'm convinced this an app issue. I even tried reinstalling, but it continues to instantly crash. However, I got curious and opened the app on my old phone again and it works just fine - sooo I guess I'm paying bills on my old phone... Shame I can't use the PSE app anymore on my new phone, it was very easy and convenient to use.

Finally got it to work on my Samsung Phone. Had to go into the phone settings, apps and find My pse. Scroll to storage. Clear cache, clear data (don't be scared when it asks if you're sure), when I went backed out and re opened the app it had me sign in with my credentials and I was back online with an updated version.

After upgrading to a Motorola Edge the app crashes immediately on opening. I have tried reinstalling. Update: After reading another review that suggested clearing cache I tried it and the app now works. It was a new install on a new phone so I had not considered this. Glad to have it working again.

Since the upgrade I can no longer use the app. I can't get past the the 1st page. Crashes immediately. I have a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G. Android 11. Totally useless. Update 11/26/24 - still no access to myPSE, still crashing when I try to open it from my mobile app. I thought you said you fixed all the bugs. When I try to download to my new phone A35 5G, it says it's downloaded still on my old phone A32 5G. That phone is no longer active.

This app is garbage. The outage map is impossible to read. Screen usage is terrible and the entire app is very poorly designed. It's about as good as their response and repair service during power outages. One ⭐

Recently updated from a 5-year-old Motorola phone to a new Google pixel and now the app will not open. It immediately crashes upon trying to open. Deleted the app from phone. Reinstalled and continues to do the same. It is still working on my wife's 2-year-old iPhone.
