Not even a single time has this app loaded properly. Always has loading problems...sometimes too slow, sometimes needs repeated loading. Have NEVER been able to see the monthly bills.

Pros: Speed, connection stability was good. Cons: Extremely hard to cancel a contract. I tried cancelling with serving minimum contract period but they made me fill my future address (compulsorily) even though it was not a special cancellation. While cancelling, they did not recognize my contract number. It detected after many attempts with variations of the contract number. At the end, it takes 10 more days to process it. I'm waiting now.

Horrific customer experience. Everything needs to go through the app, unless you want to queue for an hour to reach the customer service via phone. However, neither the inbox of Termin Verwaltung works in the app so it's basically impossible to get in touch.

Awful service. I already have a contract with this company for a month and still don't have Internet connection. I've created 4 requests, but the customer support ignores me as hard as they could. Also Störungs- assistent doesn't work. I would recommend to use this provider only for my arch enemies.

The worst possible internet provider. It's been 3 months now that I'm getting AT MOST 15Mbps of DL and AT MOST 1Mbps of UL. I have a 200Mbps DL/8Mbps UL contract. 3 MONTHS. My apartment is in the center of the city (Dresden), so it's not a location issue. And that's when the internet is up, cause it goes down frequently. The support (calling) and app (emailing) are useless. I've filed 8 complaints, no answer, no callback, no techs, they automatically tagged them "solved". Avoid PYUR.

Do NOT use Pyür - change your Internet provider. These guys are charlatans. Our Internet has stopped working so many times. And when they send a technician out, it always takes over a week. Our Internet hasn't worked properly since 1st February, and they still haven't fixed it! And during a pandemic, when it's vital for work, study, etc.
