Language selection bug is still present in the latest version (2.1.5). It seems that the app starts by using the same language as it is set for Android OS. Not the language you've selected in the app itself. I suspect that all Xiaomi phones with Android 10+ could be affected by this issue. So if my OS language is set as English, app interface will be in English and flag selection (🇱🇹) in the app will be "ignored". The same behaviour is with other OS languages and flag selection pairs.

You are using light grey characters in the application. Absolutely impossible to read! I didn't see so "original" UI before... Unfortunately, I should uninstall this application. Unusable at all.

Unbelievable how uncomfortable they can make it. The list is too long, but checking in means entering the same data that's already stored in the app, the wallet option for the boarding pass didn't funtion at all, etc.

Does what it needs to do. One gripe - the app really doesn't need to crank up display brightness the moment you open it. It is only needed, when boarding pass page with the QR code is being displayed.

Gate information is not displayed on the app. Interestingly on Apple when added to wallet, it shows, not in app but in android it doesn't display in either the app or the wallet.

Flight experience has always been 5 stars, but the App is only just functional. Effectively it's just a shortcut to the website with Ads getting pushed through notifications, when you book a flight you have to log in again because you're redirected to the in-app web browser (which is unaware of your login session) or the bonuses don't get counted. The only use for the app is during in-flight shopping experience where you can, again, just use the web browser.

Garbage app, always was, always will be. Unstable - back in the days of being just pins it would crash randomly or have trouble keeping login, now it's just crashes on startup. The points collection is cumbersome, some rewards from stamps have not been credited etc. Unless they'll significantly improve the app - steer away from it, save nerves. Airbaltic, you're operating in the most advanced IT countries, hire a good dev team, not some interns.

As far as airline apps go, this is just about the worst I've gone across. Not user friendly. Not intuitive. Very limited. Pain to use. Also, airBaltic don't let you add points of past flights if you didn't book or check-in using your membership nr. That's almost 20 flights I'm not getting points for. Thanks airBaltic. But best of all, it doesn't save your upcoming flights. So what is even the point?!
