The App interface goes into the background when I switch to Gmail or another app to copy the recipient's address and phone number, I had to key everything manually. Simply impossible to copy the address in the recipient's native language. Back icon should before the Close icon, the UI needs a relook.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Couldn't get past the "create an account". Followed all directions and it refused to send a code. Kept telling me what my password needed (which was 12 characters, including the upper and lower case, number, and special character. Hope their shipping abilities are a lot better than their app abilities.

SF Express has recently came up with a new rule that you cannot even pick up your packages without downloading the entire app to your smartphone. you may no longer pick up a packages from a locker with just an SMS text. looks like we'll be looking for alternatives.

Crapp! Managed to get passed the phone verification code part then when I actually go to track my stuff it asks for the last four digits of my phone number, I put them in and suprise suprise there's an error. Don't waste your time and this will be the last time I order something that uses these as a courier

Can not even use. I am trying to track a shipment sent to me but I can't even log in because the app needs updating, yet I have got the latest available version for my device. Unless you own the latest and greatest phone, expect the app to be bricked. I'm just disappointed

Can't use it because it requires the shippers last four digits on thier phone number. Sorry they don't share that only the tracking number. And that won't work without it. So basically the tracking number is useless. Thanks for nothing

I've never had the displeasure of dealing with such an incompetent courier service before. Courier calls me once, and I missed the call but immediately called back, no response. Delivery then marked as failed, rescheduled for the next day. Ok fine, I'll wait. Come the next day, tracker stated "out for delivery" at 11am, but I've not received any phone calls/messages even at 7pm (end of operation hours). Next time I'll just go to Swee Lee's outlets. SF deserves their atrocious ratings.
