Just okay. Really good for a brand new offering, only needs some minir fine thning. Nice to finally see a full featured and direct twilio integration for non enterprises. For some reason it pegged me as having signed up for the full membership instead of the 30 day trial I signed up for. Can't send images while on the phone. One # must be assigned to IVR. Very good call quality. Dropped two of my first three calls playing around. No keyboard search of personal contacts. Far too expensive. Ty!

In theory, Spoke Phone is a great business app with good features. In theory. My company has been using this system for 6 months and I don't think any of us would recommend it. Persistent bugs and low quality calls were on the menu almost every day when using Spoke Phone. Calls dropping, incoming caller being on the line when trying to transfer to a colleague, app crashing with incoming calls, Bluetooth headset not connecting, lags in conversations, random loud ringtones...

Wanting to mobilize our office we had been looking for a national solution for some time. After undertaking a couple of one week trials we decided there was no harm in signing up for a more dedicated trail. This has done everything we wanted and more. Quality of calls are sometimes not perfect and it takes some time to get used to the way system routes calls. Waiting for tones after accepting calls etc. But in all this has been fantastic.

I have been using this service for about 6 months now... Way too many problems... And expensive for an app / service that seems to always be in early stages of development. Have just downgraded my rating from 3 to 2 stars due to over promising and under delivering

This app is nearly there. It's poor on Android and reasonably good on PC. Android notifications are erratic call quality is average. PC call quality good but needs feature to pop up on top of all apps with incoming call. Also windows audio settings management is poor and reverts to wrong settings at times

Persistent BUG where the ringtone volume is set to low after taking a call . Bug has been reported several times and has not been fixed in 5 version changes. Quality issues over internet and internet is good service. Had to use "CARRIER" to get calls properly.

We have been using Spoke Phone in our company for over 2 years now and over that time our team has grown from 5 people to over 40, with a mix of remote and office based workers across the US, Australia and NZ. Our team loves the Spoke Phone product and the flexibility it provides. Spoke consistently updates and adds new features to the product. Like some of the other reviewers, occasionally some of our users have had minor issues with the app, but these have almost always been due to local WiFi problems or Android power management. The Spoke customer success team has always been quick to respond with simple, easy to follow configuration steps to fix the problem. Once we followed those steps we had no further issues. I cannot recommend this product and company enough for all small to medium businesses. It beats other products like Aircall and Justcall hands down.

Highly unstable and non user friendly app, also very invasive of privacy randomly opening and closing at all times and on top of that it has caused multiple issues with my phone would not recommend any company or individual using this poor app. Oh on top of that the audio quality is poor and 99% of the time I am calling them from my mobile number anyway, I would recommend do not use this garbage app. Edit : Hahaha, It's nothing to do with my phone you're app is just aids for android
