2. Infinite Dungeon : You can check how many words you have learned from Level Dungeon.

1. When a question appears, you need to choose the correct answer within the limited time.
2. Each soldier has his own special ability.
3. Unlock the next dungeon group by saving rubies given as rewards.

- Every dungeon will be opened, when you clear the previous dungeon with more than one star.
- If you can open a new dungeon group with rubies, but you didn’t clear the previous dungeon, then you are not allowed to play the new dungeons.

I just reached words (3rd dungeon) on a lvl 9 character with only the 1st dungeon unlocked, because you don't get enough green crystals. So if I wanted to replay that first 3rd-dungeon lvl, I'd have to go through the whole second thingy again 🙄. Also, seeing the first words of the first 3rd-dungeon lvl, they seem to be sorted alphabetically, which is a really weird choice. Also, there isn't any extra info anywhere -> Renshuu is much better.

The game is great for learning kana, some simple vocab and to improve reading speed. The reason I can't bring myself to give more than 2 stars is the frequency of ads. Quite frankly it's ridiculous. Start the dungeon, watch an ad. Finish the run in 30 seconds. Watch an optional 30-second ad for double the gold. Return to the lobby, watch another ad. All the while, there's a huge banner at the bottom of the screen as well. I wouldn't be surprised if the game was literally more ads than game.

Fun game for learning the letters new update keeps on crashing now. was a 5 star.

Good fun! Good practice, will be using this. Wish there was more interactivity when it comes to learning the letters. If there was a way to have the player learn the way to write it before the current mini game that would be really helpful! Like maybe the players finger is the sword and you have them swipe and attack things on the screen that are in the shape of the appropriate lettering

Very fun app. There are ads, but they are not very intrusive and can be removed with 3 USD. You can learn words or characters in sets, or when done it allows you to recap the full sets in the 'infinite dungeon'. What I'm missing though is that for words that should have kanji, it only shows katakana. It's a beginner's app, so it's not necessarily bad that you can't train kanji yet, but it would stil be nice to see them IMO.

Great App! You can enjoy learning Japanese while taking a journey to a RPG game. I would advise a change on the repetition of one on the same dungeon, I passed some understanding only 3 words. As the character have almost no impact on the level, I would appreciate more classes to play. From learning perspective, I really recommend this app, it really really helps to feel rewarded from learning

Update: Game is great without ads! It's really helping me learn and memorize hiragana & katakana! Wish there was more practice in each round. ** From previous review: Developer added ability to remove ads but you'll end up clicking an ad several times before you're able to actually purchase "remove ads" option. It's basically extortion through ads.

Gameplay and music are very fun! I think the sound quality could be better because the high pitches hurt my ears but i can tell that the devs might've been aiming for the retro feel by making it sound older too. It's very slow between "attacks" though. It could be faster. All in all, DEFINITELY worth downloading. I use it alongside Duolingo, it essentially works like flashcards.
