Currently, Airtel is the worst network in Sri Lanka. They're offering deals on new SIM cards, but don't fall for it. The coverage is poor while traveling and indoors, and the customer service is terrible. If you complain about coverage issues, they’ll promise to fix it soon but never do. Think twice before getting an Airtel connection—Mobitel and Dialog are much better.

Started using Airtel because Dialog was so poor in speed and greedy in data packages. However Airtel was good before the acquisition of Dialog. Now both networks are damn slow. Very poor business strategy. Time to change the sim. Further event hough the freedom package states that telegram is also unlimited with the pack, it is pure lie telegram is not working.

The app is fine but airtel data speed is worse than anything I have seen EVER SINCE THE DIALOG incident airtel sucks go for mobitel.. I usually play esports and they make sure we use mobitel which wifi but am a 10 plus year customer for airtl I spend more than 3000 per month..and guess what the speed is the slowest of em all so so bad

No issue in app. But now airtel services are going down, some packages are not valid for new sims... I had a airtel sim which old about 5 years , suddenly I can't get 4G signal even signal full area. Very poor after mearging dialog and airtel from 2024/09/01 . 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Airtel was good! but that story has ended now. Don't buy new airtel sim anyone for any reason. They don't have the plans suitable for various customer needs. Rs. 529, Rs. 769, Rs. 909 and many other data packs are not available for new users. Worst network after taken over by Dialog Axiata PLC

After adding the package, the signal was good in the beginning, I have the package for another ten days, now there is no signal at all, I want to remove the SIM, it doesn't work. Dont recommend airtel🤢

I guess is the worst network,always it show no signal and sometimes it doesn't support with data at all. I am so annoyed and disappointed.

Everything is good, but the reload section I have always made mistakes when I try to reload other number, I forgot there is default 75 in reload section so fill my whole number but it's only get my 1st 7 numbers. So when I reload it's going to wrong number. Please remove the default 75 as static, you can set it inside the text box, so it will help me to remove whole old number and add new numbers if it's wrong number you can add a error message in a popup. Please make it user-friendly.
