I've emailed. I have not heard anything back. .../// The app stopped working with the camera properly. First the app started off by not being able to connect the camera. But yet I was still receiving notifications when the baby was awake or asleep. Just couldn't see her. I had to remove the camera from the app and add it back. I now have video, but does not track anything, like movement. It doesn't track how well the baby sleeps or keeps a recording of movements throughout the night.

The night vision isn't the greatest, and I never get push notifications when there's movement or sound detected. I do appreciate the attempt at being a sound machine as well, but the sounds are poor quality.

Wants full access to all pictures. Even if you selected limited or do not allow. It keeps asking ever single time you open the app

A suggestion for anyone with a baby: change the microphone setting to off when you first set it up. My only complaint so far was that my daughter kept suddenly waking up when I turned the app on because the default is for the microphone to be on when the camra resets (basically anytime you open the app). Since the change, it has worked nicely and is a very good deal for its price.

App not working. Keeps crashing . Can't even log into it

Great app, easy to connect to your cameras, but limited functionality when compared to the parent unit. For example, I would love to be able to control the night light and ambient noise via the app.

good just the app plays up sometimes... and logs you out and when you need to check on your child now. it randomly logging you out can be annoying happens like 2-3 times a month

Recieved CONSTANT alerts while near motionless no matter how the camera was set, and even when the camera was off.
