Since the latest Android update, I have not been able to access my tickets in the app and I have needed to go through a mobile browser. It's been an endless loop of connect your Ticketmaster account to the app, which it is, and I have not been able to see my tickets via the app for months. The app is fully updated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, my phone is updated. It's super inconvenient as a season ticket member. I can't even access my tickets through the Ticketmaster app.

Better than nothing, I guess. But the notifications are not consistent so goals are not always notified in a timely way. At least it's free.

Fails at everything across the board. It will not load my purchased tickets. There is no option in the app to obtain support when you need help - which you inevitably will. Navigation is clunky. App loads slowly. Requests way more privileges than it really should, so I have no doubt there is intrusive data collection going on. I wish they'd follow the model used by the MLB BallPark app, which is flawless in comparison to this app.

Possibly the worst app ever created. The app login and ticketmaster login do not work well together making ticket access nearly impossible. Constantly crashes. Great fun when trying to get into a Hawks game. If paper tickets aren't coming back, do yourself a favor and save your tickets to Google Wallet long before heading to the UC.

If this app were a leaf blower it would do a really good job because it blows.. You go to log on before the game, makes you change password. Then the no internet connection error. This app made all my hair fall out due to me going crazy. I'm bald now. Retry 15 times... maybe it works... maybe not. I miss paper tickets. Bring back paper tickets!

Too many permissions. Why does this app reset my network connection each time I start the app or reconfigure my wifi connection??? I will be deleting this app. I'm not usually overly concerned with app permissions, but the list is just too long.
