I'm not sure exactly what's going on but I've had this app for years and I never had an issue. However now when installing the app it takes quite a bit of time to download. After downloading the app again it will not open. Then I uninstall the app & re-download it. Then once again it will not open. I have no issues from any other apps I have installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you! (SAMSUNG NOTE 10 +)

Not what I was expecting. Neighbors have the same app, told me what to get and I got it. All was good for the first day. The camera did what it was supposed to, the app alerted me and all and now no alerts, no pictures the app freezes and does not seem to allow the camera it is connected to to do it's job. Resetting the app resets the camera as well and then will delete device and I have to start all over from the beginning. Lots to be fixed with this app.

After 5/13/2024 update, the triggered event video can't be played back from the Message. When clicked on the event message, it only shows "No Recording Data"; it used to play the recorded event video. To actually see the event video, you have to go to Playback, and find the events by approximate timestamp of the events. Not user friendly at all, super inconvenient.

Going on year with this. I've encountered no pics taken at times for up to 5hrs apart. I have two one back and one front. Back takes up to 100+ pics. The front will take 10. Makes no sense, sometimes motion isn't picked up until you're right in front of it. Updated yesterday and accidentally pressed no nofications on the back, can't go back to turn it on. In 24 hour period I only had 2 pics in the front. Settings are same for both cameras, with the exception of my accident from yesterday.

App/camera does not work!! There's an option to delete the account that I've created but they WILL NOT send a verification code to do so.They were able to send one to create the account though!! It will read "sent successfully" but you will never get one. This raises my suspicion. I'm thinking this particular app/camera set up is a way for them to steal Identity.

App is easy to use. My issue is setting up the motion detection perimeters. The app copies the perimeter from the main camera and saves it to all the other camera. When you enter the app to make the changes it states changes made successfully but when I go back the motion detection perimeter reset to the main camera setting. Each camera should be able to be adjusted to fit the area they are covering.

This is a rotating endless cycle of nothing!! I try to set it up it registered to all my email sent me a code once then said my email wasnt right after it just registered! Next thing I hit local it let's me scan camera QR but it redirects me back to play store app over and over! It's like the code on the camera isn't the right one it's for app iv scanned all codes found in the package nothing is working this camera sucks!! Good luck! Called support and it hangs up after about 10 on hold!!!!

before the update on 11 Nov 24 there was no problem if it was enlarged. now if the camera is enlarged the display becomes portrait, whereas previously it was landscape. please help me if possible i can get previous version
