It is a simple, straightforward app that is easy to use and understand. However, it is difficult to read with its light, bright background period a dark mode would greatly Aid those with a visual impairment.

The app does not allow to make payments. The inquiry in this regard gets no response other than closing the request with no resolution. This has been going on for many months now. Even your web app is royally screwed. Does not support all browsers. After providing the login details, it takes you to another web page where the login details need to be provided again. Total waste of time and energy, is very frustrating to make the payments.

Like the app. Needs more customer options and more help information also it could be better with a chat option, also easy to understand bill/ power usages. And a great feature would be a way to save money with ways of tips to cut power usage.

I enter an initial password and it fails. "Click link to resend temporary password." Email comes in with NO temporary password - just a link to click. Click link and it takes me to create new password. I do this and try to get in: "Log in failed: An error occurred while signing in. Please try again." This app is CRAPP!!

Way better than the app they used to have. Everything on this app works perfectly. Edit: WAS working great but now it always says it can't log me in. I've tried changing my password but that does nothing. Needs fixing. Edit: uninstalled and reinstalled and it finally works... For now

I can never log on. I set up the account and then it tells me Invalid information and then says I haven't said a password after I've done every step to set up an account. The online website and the mobile app are awful.

We cannot log in. We call and get a password reset. It works from the email, but not in the app. This is ridiculous.
