I cannot log into my account on ClaimSecure because it doesn't text me the verification code. It's not working on the app or the web version. I reached out to customer support via email and did not receive any help. Unclear what is wrong as it worked previously.

The app sure seems to be basic but I don't need something fancy. I'm content with it as long as it does the basics. Allow me to upload my claim and images and get paid faster than sending it via mail. However, I need to review my profile today and I find out there is an update. Strange how it doesn't auto update like most apps I use. Came here to update the app and it won't update. I can't access my account any more from my cellphone. That's frustrating. Pls fix asap. TY.

It was working well when I first installed it, but as with other reviews here it won't let me log in due to an update. It gives you an update button to press which brings me directly to the Google store. There is no update that downloads. I tried un-installing and re-installing and it still does the same thing so this is definitely an issue with the app.

Very poor UI. Slow response to just about anything. Button clicks are uncertain. Android keyboard popup in text fields covers the results (app needs to clear the keyboard when typing so you can see). When it asks for a photo receipt, and using the take a picture option, you must manually find the picture you've just taken, rather than load the picture directly to the app. The only app that causes me to sigh in frustration when I know I have to use it. Hire actual UX people next time.

Fingerprint login didn't work initially, asked for password as if I hadn't already logged in. App also thinks it's a full screen app, and hides the navigation bar...and the back button functionality is inconsistent as heck (probably why they lazily chose to hide the navigation bar, rather than fix the broken navigation). Very poorly done app.

Cannot upload photoclaims. Have enabled all permissions. Photos fail to attach. Camera shots also fail to attach. Get a notification in the app that I need to enable permissions... They are already enabled. Buggy, junk software. Why does this app have to be full screen? Prevents the use of the normal Android buttons. Overall, frustrating and unable to use to submit claims.

Slow, not user friendly UI. Doesn't show photo claims submitted list. also when submitting claim it doesn't ask for receipt first time but when click on submit button then shows an error that you didn't attach a receipt. Then user has to go back and attach receipt. Cannot use the phone navigation keys to go back, user has to use back button given inside the app that is again not available on all pages.

I would give negative if I could. First, the verification code sent to me is 10mins later, when I used it right wau, already expired second, won't let me change password even my new password meets their requirements. Still won't accept. But old password is no longer valid. When I choose submit a eclaim, it went to My Account setting menu. Totally useless
