They take the order through the application and tell you they started making it tgen ready for collection, and when you go for pickup, you realize they haven't started working on it yet. Instead of 24 minutes, it actually takes 1 hour, bad 👎 communication between the app. And the branch or bad customer service. Yet, to be fair, the food tastes good.

Sometimes the app works very well, but most of the time it just doesn't work. When I try to choose the location the app crashes. They have also removed some options for removing cheese and customizing your order. I have stopped eating at burgerizzr because of this inconvenience.

Their burgers are good, great value for money. However, I ordered online through their mobile application, it came after 65mins and all the burgers were pretty cold and the fries were cold and soggy. I didn't mind the late delivery as such but they must ensure proper alignment between their kitchen and delivery teams so that the customers receive freshly cooked food.

Customer service chat is not functioning, the order was placed and i waited for 1 hour and it doesn't show even if its being prepared or out for delivery, the driver tracking isn't working, there is no complaint section to cancel and refund the late order. This app is a mess.

Bad experiance, I order from this app, the money deducted from my credit card, but unfortunately the order didn't arrive to the branch . Customer service failed to solve my issue, even escalation didn't help in my case as they could not be able to find my order in there system!!!

You're in for a treat with the gross incompetence of Burgerizzer's staff and the abject ineptitude of their so-called management. Not only would they take your money and either completely screw up your order or, even worse, not deliver at all, but they would physically drag you out to the outlet you ordered from and have you demand your money back from an actual manager, only to be lied to with the blame being shifted to the drivers. There are plenty of far more reliable apps and places to eat.
