Re-rating from 1 ⭐ to 5⭐. Working Smoothly on the recent update which I cannot access the connected lock before due to force closing of the app. The current issue right now that is tolerabe is to touch the lock for the app lock to work which can be considered for the battery to last longer to 6 months which they claim it to be.

Would be a lot better if I didn't have to 'wake' the lock by touching it in order to unlock via the app. Kinda defeats the purpose of even having the app option to unlock. If I have to touch it to unlock it I may as well just unlock it with the finger

Had some technical issues starting out, but was quickly resolved and was able to use the app properly. Otherwise, yeah, app works and lock works.

Difficult to register and use. Need to create a better software. Cannot create safe password, only takes simple alpha-numeric. Binding kept failing when adding lock. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Defeats the purpose of remote unlocking when needing to "wake" the lock to connect back to bluetooth. Very concerned for safety of the unlocking the lock and easy hackable esmart account. Video tutorial is too fast and view is too small for certain sections. I chose this for the purpose of key backup.

Very easy to use. Nice ability to add and remove fingerprints. Minus one star due to two issues. One, for some reason the log of fingerprint unlocking does not have time stamp but the Bluetooth unlocking does, why? Two, the software requires the lock to be near and activated (finger pressed) to read or update it. Why do I need to touch activate/wake the lock to use Bluetooth to unlock it? Bad design.

Easy to add fingerprints to the locker, and seems to work well unlocking. However, I had some difficulty when I tried to unlock when the screen and my finger were wet from rain. Not sure if it is possible to unlock away from the locker as it keeps asking to turn on GPS location... need to try. Also, what does it do to 'Ulock position'? The user manual (printed & digital) is a bit confusing and incomplete.

Really surprised to see such a low rating for this app, as it's very functional and does what it says on the listing....mostly! I was able to link up the smart padlock without any issues, and create a unique name for said padlock. Remote unlock worked as desired, though true remote unlock isn't a function sadly! Two functions that fail to work, after many attempts, are unlock notifications & unlock list (say for exporting). Hopefully this can be resolved, as it is a bit of a key feature ;)

Lock looks nice. Directions for first time use almost non existent. In 2023. After installing app & press view novice video, it never plays. Exited & login again, same. Tried to access video from profile - suddenly asked language, I thought ok. But nothing happen after click English. How about booklet? More confusing than ever. And little details. Warning about downloading app & binding is worrisome esp no details what to do step by step. need to register fingerprints first?
