Something features are good but the main problem is that they robot alway gets stuck and once it does it loses the connection and forgets it's schedule. Establishing a connection again is so difficult ant takes a lot of effort

Terrible, doesn't refresh info on its own, I need to force kill it almost every time to see e.g. battery level. Trouble with connecting for the first time, no option to reset mapping, the map was drawn once and doesn't represent my room in any way, but I can't change it now. Generally very big room for improvement

Horrible app. Very slow, limited menus (can't even change the language to English - at some point the app turned itself to some foreign language without my consent). The robot rarely connects to the app ... so most of the times Im forced to utilize it from its interface instead of the app.

I have just bought the robot and I can see one problem with the software - it doesn't let you change the location of the charging station. After the first run we decided to move it to a better spot, but the robot keeps returning to the old spot. Now it looks like we'll have to re-map te whole house just to fix this :/ Update: this software is a joke. I just drew a cleaning zone in my living room, which the robot completely ignored and started cleaning all over the place...

Express cleaning changes to the auto mod, if you start express cleaning, minimize application and open it again. The robot works endlessly and returns to the station only when battary is low. A bit disappointed with the purchase Upd: it even happens when you lock your Phone

We cannot even pair the app with our Android phones, "“SEB_ACCESS_POINT” never pops up, we tried all suggested steps on Tefal's poorly written websites, nothing works. Thus, never been able to use the cleaner. Huge waste of money and time. Don't buy Tefal! UPDATE: I emailed them 1 week ago to the email address they suggested, but they still don't answer. Please don't make the mistake and buy a Tefal Robot, it is seemingly a scam product from an unreliable company!

There are loading screens at each click, and the back-end infrastructure appears to be overloaded. No-go zones are not respected, the robot will clean there anyway and you need physical barriers instead. The room detection is pretty poor for non-rectangular or spacious rooms, with the walls slanting ever so slightly each turn the robot takes

This app is slow. It takes too long just to connect to the robot. The map it draws is not in real time. The robot's status does not update in real time. Everything is slow.
