I still really like this app. We have been dabbling in the tasks feature and have found it to have limitations. The map view only allows road view and not aerial or hybrid. This is difficult for tasks that are not at an actual street address. Individual tasks will not load a map if if you use coordinates. The mapping is definitely lacking and limits it's use as a field service app. Otherwise, it's great and they make improvements often and writing to a PDF report is a nice unique feature.

Very decent software. Almost fulfilled my needs completely, but there was 1 dealbreaker. I need to record an instance in the past with both date and time. Reached out to support, they said not possible in one entry, need to have two. Declined to promise to implement. Appreciated the honesty and the effort. Moving on.

difficulty of finding items submitted makes it not worth the time to even try. desktop version is simple. the app should be the same. I'm giving 4 stars because it's not a necessity for me but could easily drop it into a 2 or 3 star review if locating or editing was more frequent.

extremely slow upload speeds. takes ages to get a video to upload to my reports. took nearly 30 minutes to do the last one. and you can't exit app and let it work in background because it stops working if you do. so your phone is useless to you while it's uploading. I'd like for it to at least be able to work in the background so I can do other things while my reports are uploading.

I like the app. And I don't know if this is a regional thing or what. But on every device I've used to run this app half the time I can't sign in. I end up having to force close clear the cache clear the data sign it again and sometimes it works. I thought maybe this was my old phone but this occurs on all of our work tablets as well as my new phone. Possibly an issue with Android OS

One small feature I'd like to see is instead of creating a new folder for each submitted form with all the media, add a photos folder that these go into so that the entire folder can be selected to backup with Google Photos. Right now the only way to do it is by backing up each form's folder one by one. Additionally, the only way to delete the photos off your device is by using a file browser to find the folders and delete them which is not user-friendly.
