Does not actually work. The app requires you to register with your student account to get the 25% discount on food and deals with drinks but even after following all the steps, it didn't even show the food menu at all and when trying to use for drinks, it just showed full prices and no discounts at all. Staff mentioned this happens often and that they could not apply the discount if we ordered through them instead of the app but the app wouldn't let us order anything or apply the discounts.

Aweful app, unclear what to do at lunch. Discounts incorrect. Have to register account, have to give location data to app. Cant select no ice in drink. I had to speak to the staff several times so why not just take orders! I have ordered today but I will not return here until they change the system and I will uninstall the app as soon as I leave. What a horrible experience.

Can't be bothered with this app. Too much effort for a drink. If you're going to force an app on people, at least have spent longer than a week making it. The terrible UI and confusing layouts are one thing, but I need an account to have a drink. Can't be bothered really with all the effort. It's just not worth it, I think I'll go to Wetherspoons.

Last September the app worked fine for adding my student email and getting the student discounts, doesn't work at all now. Have wiped data from the app and re-registered with my same email but discounts aren't applied and the scan code doesn't work 😥 Bit disappointing being made to pay in full when it's an app error and you can prove you're a student

I was a massive fan of the revolution card and although i appreciate the app is a step forward I believe that revolution have got it entirely wrong by changing all the offers. I have yet to see offers anywhere near the value of a revs card and until I do I will just assume the app is a way of saving money for the company. Utterly disappointed in the downgrade.

Starters arrived same time as main courses. Not possible to drop 1 ingredient either so had to order a different meal. Had to use app even though all covid restrictions lifted. Being able to speak to a server would have avoided all the problems. Won't return until app use is not compulsory. Need to put customer service above maximising profit.

Your card was declined I added a card and then tried to pay. It failed with "your card was declined (E-ORD-6004)". I tried with 3 different cards (with funds), and every time it failed with the same obscure reason. Of course, my basket was wiped out every time I needed to input a new card, and I needed to start all over again. So annoying...

Student discounts were applied to order just fine but declined payment method everytime, tried with 2 different cards. Plus to change the payment details you need to redo the entire order again. Ended up ordering at the bar and they added the student happy hour discount on for us.
