It's not the best UX, it's a lot of clicks to get to where you want e.g. to listen you can't just open the app and hit play, it's 5+ clicks. ( I understand the sound test is necessary but you could at least shortcut from the homescreen to continue listening to your last track rather than having to go through the whole palaver to get there).

I am a qualified therapist for SSP and use this app for clients. It works well for.me in setting up client profiles for both face to face use or for distant learning. The sound timings run consecutively allowing you to flow from one daily.session to.another, regardless of whether you finished it or not. I am very pleased with the app and use it with all.my clients.

I like my new scale that I purchased from Amazon. It accuratley measures my weight. The only concern I have is that the Bluetooth is not always connected and I lose some of my daily weigh ins. You are able to manually enter your current weight on the app but it is not always easy to find. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my purchase.

The do not disturb doesn't work for some things like WhatsApp. I always get interrupted by it. And this app can't be used in airplane mode because it needs an internet connection so I'm screwed.
