This app assigns a parking spot for you, but there's always someone in the spot. It needs the ability to self assign open spots based on space number. That would be much easier then having to report a problem and getting reassigned! Also it doesn't let you input any information without a signal. This needs to work offline, especially when a lot of parking lots are in underground garages without proper data signal. It should allow you to input information offline and then submit when back online

The design of the app is dumbfounded. First, it doesn't allow reservstion. So, the app only functions as a parking meter. Second, the pay period is per noon. So, whoever gets the spot would get the spot until noon the next day even if they leave the night before. In this eg, the developer throws away a chance to lease out the spot for the entire morning. In the meantime, users who need a spot have no chance to use these empty spots. Completely idiotic.

I have rented several stalls. 2 stalls which I have rented both were taken when submitting information in the app, the app would not let me input the license number. I reached out to customer service and that was even worse! I submitted photos off the vehicle and explained! They replied they did not get any problem reports and see no reservations under my email though I submitted to them screenshots of the reservations! No help or refund whatsoever! I rent a stall today and same problem!

App doesn't allow submissions. One must submit issues, such as photo proof of another vehicle in your space to get said vehicle moved OUT of one's paid for parking space. Thus, Zark app doesn't work because Zark app doesn't allow submissions. Ever. Ever since our community took on Zark for parking this has been the case.

This App Sucks- on my Android phone EVERY TIME I TRY TO USE IT - I login and then...NOTHING but a blue screen. So I uninstall it and reinstall it - so far that has only worked 2 out of 5 times. Of the 2 times I could ACTUALLY get into looking for a spot to "reserve" this program DOES NOT allow you to reserve ADVANCED dates. Oh you can select an "end date" in the future but that means you are going to pay for the spot for however many days out from the "today" date. What a gigantic pain.

Problematic app. Wouldn't accept my password but then did so when I applied for a new password but re-entered the original password. Would not accept a space in my license plate number so I doubt that it verified the plate. Then wouldn't accept my name as the owner of the vehicle so I was unable to register my vehicle with the app. Total waste of time for me.

I get my spot reassigned every damn hour. Parking is more screwed with this company than ever. Literally every hour I'm reassigned to spots that are already we any taken. Yesterday a tow sticker on muh truck. Now, no zones close to me are available( because everyone else is screwed up too) So, I'm expected to reserve a zone spot on the opposite side of the property. WTH did I bother picking a zone favorite for, doesn't seem to count for anything anyway.

This app sucks. Ive had someone parked in my spot three different times and they dont get the car towed. Waste of time. Should just go out and key the car myself to teach them a lesson since a simple company cant tow a car. 0. I repeat 0 stars. You're a special kind of stupid if you give this app/company 1 penny of your hard earned money.
