Edit downwards: Moved area/neighbourhood, cancelled old ticket, to make a new I still had to wait 15mins... Seriously!?? Doesn't notify me when session about to expire, inputting my address for card details has to be done through the map only...(inaccurate), if session expires, have to wait 15 mins to start a new one risking getting fined within that time, after paying/starting a session the app shuts instead of going to the active session screen.. Otherwise works well but needs some work

Many issues, which occur randomly and remain after each update. 1.App doesn't load, message "An error occured" appears. 2.Location is not working, like being disabled from the device, user has to find exact address and type it to proceed. 3.Map is showing location, but address bar remains empty, so you can't proceed and book a ticket. 4.App is always very slow. Replying with a phone number is not a solution. There is much feedback in all ratings to correct all bugs.

It appears that the application has not been updated in nearly a year, which may result in compatibility issues. We pay so much for the parking and they don't even have the decency to make a functional app. The development team needs to learn how to code applications properly and also ensure that it is compatible with the latest devices.

New version rocks! its time to stop "scratching" parking cards with your keys or coins. The new version comes with a great new interface. Registrion, credit card details input, road maps and booking processes are now very smooth. Managed to complete the first ticket purchase in less than a minute. Was about time Athens gets a new option for parking payments

It's a good idea, however it seems that it is programmed for someone to receive a fine, Instead of the opposite. For example, I had my parking reservation expire before I could renew it. I had to wait 15 minutes before it would allow me to do so. Why? What's the purpose on not allowing you to renew?

I had some money in the wallet from a year ago, parked the car and started using it but the app is not able to verify my phone (token not sent), so I cannot top up, so now I cannot extend my parking ticket, now that I need it.

Doesn't work. No reason just a pop-up message saying that an error occurred and the app does not open. What a pity. It was so easy to use while it worked.

The app didn't accept my mobile number during registration so I couldn't use it for a parking. I tried all options and nothing. Do you have solution for this since I am in Athens and really need help with parking?
